2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

(i) For commanding the respondents authorities to stay the any action or illegal action steps taken by the respondents upon the house/room made over plot no. 2462 situated at Mauza Dhanaut, under P.S. No. Rupaspur, Patna made by petitioner as bonafide owner.

(ii) For commanding the respondents for further not take any illegal steps to remove or abolish

(iii) For grant of any relief/reliefs legally sought for petitioner to which the petitioner may be found entitled under the facts.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she shall be fighting the Title Suit No. 16 of 2020 pending before the competent civil court. However, during the pendency of the petition, the administration should not disturb him.

4. Learned State counsel on the instruction submit that only when there is law and order problem, the Police visited and any other allegation is denied.

5. This Court expect the Administration/Police to remain impartial in such cases where the matter is pending between the parties before a competent civil court.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
