The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 9 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from Kathaiya Dhal Tola.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of copy of this order, be
