2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offense punishable under sections 326, 307, 120(B), 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is a matter of contract killing and it is also alleged that petitioner along with other co-accused persons came on motorcycles and shot the brother of the informant after which he died.

4. Earlier the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was allowed by this Court vide order dated 10.04.2024 passed in Cr. Miscellaneous No.6309 of 2024 after which the informant (Suresh Prasad) challenged this order before the Hon'ble Apex

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40841 of 2025(8) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 Court vide SLP (Crl.)No. 9375 of 2024 and Hon'ble Apex Court rejected the bail application of this petitioner, namely, Vishal Kumar @ Ajay Ray and observed that the petitioner, namely, Vishal Kumar @ Ajay Ray "he will surrender within two weeks from today, failing which it will be open to the police and the Court to take steps to detain and arrest him."

5. There is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer of bail of this petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the present bail application of this petitioner is hereby rejected.
