The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No.243 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 354(B), 307, 384, 356, 379, 447, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that final form has been submitted by the police exonerating the petitioner in investigation and therefore, he wants to withdraw this application Permission is accorded.

The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
