2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed representation before the District Program Officer (Establishment), Bhagalpur on 31.01.2020 claiming arrears of Rs. 14,000,63/- and difference of Earned Leave of Rs. 2,40,864/- but the same has not been disposed of uptill now.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the respondent no. 3, the District Education Officer, Bhagalpur within a period of

Patna High Court CWJC No.15930 of 2021(3) dt.07-10-2024 2/2 four weeks from today, the respondent no. 3 shall dispose of the same after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of ten weeks, thereafter.

4. Respondent no. 3 shall be solely liable for noncompliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
