The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 366A, 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that on 4.1.2016 at 10.00 A.M. the petitioner abducted the minor daughter of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. the victim girl got her age recorded as 19 years, where she has stated that she is living with the petitioner with her own will. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the application that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the statement under section 164 Cr.P.C., let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25319 of 2016 (2) dt.22-06-2016 before the court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
