The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 203 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 379, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is of giving a single Farsa blow on the head of brother of the informant namely, Shailendra Yadav.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is innocent and has committed no offence. It has further been submitted that single lacerated wound injury has been found over left side of scalp. It has been further submitted that petitioner has
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48207 of 2017 (5) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.06.2017. There is Criminal case instituted by petitioner against informant and there is land dispute between the parties. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Purnea in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 203 of 2015.
