Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 174 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 337, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery is said to have been made from the road in front of the house of one Balmukund Prasad as is evident from the seizure list.
