However on repeat call, the petitioner was again not represented.

The present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the notice issued under Memo No. 131 dated 29.05.2010 (Annexure-P2) by the Block Development Officer, Bairiya (R6) mechanically under the dictate of the respondent no. 3 and 5 directing refund of value of undistributed rice under Sampurna Gramin Rojgar Yojna (SGRY) from the year 2007 at the rate of Rs. 13.70 Per Kg. totaling a sum of Rs. 2,63,000/-.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents appears and states that pursuant to the orders of this Court, the Enquiry Commission headed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Udai Sinha (Retired) has
