2. This is an application for quashing of the F.I.R. of Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 54 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003 pending in the court of learned Special Judge (Electricity) Magadh Area, Gaya.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawing this application to approach the authorities under Section 152 of the Electricity Act for compounding.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45458 of 2023(2) dt.27-07-2023 2/2 withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.

6. If such an application is filed before the authorities, the same shall be disposed of within one month of its filing and consequential steps will be taken by the authorities.

7. The petitioner shall not be arrested for the next two months.

8. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
