15-09-2017 Heard Sri Ranjan Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 16-06-2017 in Siwan Mufassil (Mahadewa O.P) P.S. Case No. 272 of 2017 registered for offence under Sections 272, 273, 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 41(1), 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on accusation of recovery of about 8 liters of Indian make foreign liquor from the kitchen of the petitioner, the petitioner has been made accused and he is languishing in jail.
