Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that though requisites were to file by peremptory order, the advocate's clerk could not file the same within time, as he could not follow the direction of his learned advocate. But now the order dated 21.07.2017 has been complied.

For the reasons stated above, the present restoration application is allowed and Cr.Misc.No.31762/17 is restored to its file.
