JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-09-2022 Mr. Shambhu Narayan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the writ application was filed seeking proper investigation of the case but during pendency of the writ application police has concluded investigation and a charge-sheet has already been submitted.
