2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 256/ 2025 dated 03.05.2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 127(6), 143(3), 144(2), 64 and 61(2) of the BNS and sections 3,4,5,6,7 and 8 of the Immoral Traffic Act.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the instant matter relates to the immoral activity in which several ladies were found to be involved at different places, though, the petitioner is said to have been arrested from one of the alleged places but in fact, he is a milkman by profession and he went there to deliver milk. It is

No.43972 of 2025(2) dt.21-07-2025 2/2 further submitted that petitioner has fair and clean antecedent, has never remained involved in similar alleged activity and he has been languishing in jail since 05.05.2025 and one coaccused, namely, Deepak Kumar has been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 16.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43418 of 2025.

4. The learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel and mainly the petitioner's fair and clean antecedent as well as his alleged role in the commission of the occurrence, this court is inclined to grant the relief of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 256/ 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-( Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
