The petitioner has filed this petition for stoppage of consolidation proceeding and for declaration of possession and title as per Raiyati.

It would appear from the record that consolidation proceeding was initiated in village-Rampur Dayal, DistrictMuzaffarpur, in the year 1977 and required formalities were completed. However, in course of consolidation proceeding, some objections were raised and the Director, Consolidation, Bihar, Patna, vide Annexure-1, directed not to implement the effect of consolidation and possession of Raiyaties of the aforesaid village

Patna High Court CWJC No.12740 of 2007 (5) dt.03-02-2017 2/2 should be restored.

The grievance of the petitioner is that possession of the petitioner has not been restored as yet.

The present writ petition appears to be misconceived and therefore, I do not find any ground to give relief to the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition stands dismissed on admission stage itself. However, petitioner may raise his grievance before appropriate forum.
