Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Considering the fact that the grievance of the petitioner pertains to fixation of pay scale on account of revision, the Court does not feel persuaded to examine the claim of the petitioner in the present proceeding as the Court lacs expertise in the matter of fixation of pay scale. Patna High Court CWJC No.19293 of 2014(2) dt.10-08-2018 2/2 now superannuated and his pay scale has not been correctly fixed taking into account his qualification of B.A. untrained, petitioner is granted liberty to approach the respondent No.7, the Director, Primary Education by filing a detailed representation along with a copy of this order within a period of one month from today raising his grievance as to pay anomaly/ error in the pay scale.

The respondents are directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of the representation.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
