In this case, the petitioner is seeking implementation of the order dated 26.9.2008 passed in CWJC No. 3426 of 2008. The present case relates to three orders issued by the Superintendent of Patna Medical College and Hospital, Patna where the husband of the petitioner was working but, from the record, it appears that one Chandrakala Devi is also claiming to be the wife of the deceased employee.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier Chandrakala Devi had approached this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 11646

Patna High Court MJC No.1265 of 2010 dt.13-01-2017 of 2009 for release of the retirement dues in her favour but, the Court held that the payment would be made subject to production of the succession certificate.
