JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-03-2022 In compliance of the orders of this Court, disobedience whereof, has been complained of, the petitioner has already been granted relief inasmuch as he has been appointed as Panchayat Teacher vide order dated 14.09.2020 passed by the District Education Officer, Lakhisarai. In such view of the matter, nothing survives in the present petition, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be granted liberty to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off
