2. This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 6978 of 2023, which was dismissed for default vide order dated 17.05.2023.

3. On 17.05.2023, as per submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, he could not appear as the list could not be marked in his office. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is, under such circumstance, that the matter has gone unattended.
