The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x)(xi) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. It is alleged that petitioner no. 1 Rajjak Mansuri and co-accused Abdul Mansuri assaulted the informant and abused by calling caste name whereas petitioner no. 2 Mariyam Khatoon and petitioner no. 3 Hasina Khatoon snatched Mangal Sutra and nose pin of the informant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43040 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled. There is a counter version of the occurrence. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and subsequently the informant has retraced from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, District - Madhubani in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 36 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) DKS/- U T
