The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2019, registered under Sections 304(B) and 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by administering poison. The sister of the informant died in hospital in course of treatment. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Puja, sister of the informant, who is wife of Suman Kumar, all of sudden, suffered from stomach pain and she was rushed to

No.39302 of 2019(2) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 hospital, regarding which, informant was also given to the informant and the informant also came at the hospital but with ulterior motive the present case has been lodged with false allegation. It is further submitted that petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased and Suman Kumr, husband of the deceased, was already apprehended by the police at Railway Hospital, Jamalpur on 17.02.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
