Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already approached the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, for redressal of their grievance and as such writ petition may be disposed of with the direction to the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Lakhisarai to decide the appeal expeditiously within time frame indicating under the rules itself. In view of the above the aforesaid the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Lakhisarai to decide the appeal filed by the petitioners expeditiously by following the statutory time prescribed under the rules.
