Perceiving suspicious activity of one of the accused during course of handling A.T.M. Machine, who seeing the police tried to escape, was apprehended and from his possession, different A.T.M. Cards as per seizure list were seized. On interrogation, he disclosed names of his associates as Dashrath Kumar, Subhankar Kumar and Sanjiv Kumar, out of whom, Dashrath Kumar (petitioner) was apprehended and from his possession, one mobile phone has been recovered. Other two namely Subhankar Kumar and Sanjiv Kumar managed to escape. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 24.06.2017, without

Accordingly, petitioner, Dashrath Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahna at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Dhaka (Pachpakari) P.
