2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 12.05.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 9775 of 2023 to the extent of correction of name of district of petitioners in the cause title and extension of further time to surrender.
3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that due to inadvertence, in the main petition, a typographical error occurred and in the cause title (address column) of petitioners, instead of "Sitamarhi", it was wrongly typed as "Muzaffarpur". Due to this, same error occurred in the aforesaid order.

4. In view of reasons assigned in paragraph - 6 of the petition, in the cause title of order dated 12.05.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 9775 of 2023, in place of Muzaffarpur, it may be read as "Sitamarhi". At the same time, further four weeks time from today is extended to the petitioners to surrender before the court below and furnish bail-bond.
5. Accordingly, order dated 12.05.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 9775 of 2023 is modified to the above extent and this modification petition is allowed.
