The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment of conviction dated 31.10.2006 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Nalanda, in Criminal Appeal No. 112 of 2005 by which he has affirmed the order dated 17.8.2006 passed by Shri Manoj Kumar Rai, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif, in G.R. No. 909 of 2005, Trial No. 1363 of 2006.

Having perused the impugned Judgment, I do not find any reason for interference and, hence, the revision application stands dismissed.

However, considering the period of custody undergone by the Petitioner, the sentence is reduced to one already undergone by him. (Anjana Prakash, J) S.Ali/- U T
