The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahila P.S. (Nalanda) Case No.151 of 2020 registered under Sections 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the F.I.R. has been registered after three months of the alleged date of occurrence. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
