Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 13.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. 48261 of 2021. Vide order dated 14.09.2022, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'A'), which reveals that out of 12 witnesses 01 witness has been examined and case is running for prosecution evidence. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial preferably within a period of one year. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
