2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patarghat P.S. Case No. 241 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 109, 308(2), 303(2), 74, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are accused of assaulting the victim/s.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 8.4.2026.

5. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that because of land dispute the occurrence has taken place. He next submits that there is case

6. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the application of the petitioner.

7. Considering the facts of the case and the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court below in connection with Patarghat P.S. Case No. 241 of 2024.
