ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-01-2016 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 23.3.2010 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge III, Katihar in Criminal Revision No.224 of 2006, by which he has affirmed the order dated 25.9.2006, by which the Executive Magistrate, Katihar had declared possession of land in favour of the Opposite Party No.2 in Case No.189M of 1993.

Considering that this is a second revision in the garb of an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. and no patent illegality could be pointed out, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is dismissed.
