JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsels appearing on behalf of the State as well as respondent nos. 7 and 10.

Considering the fact that vide notification no. 972 dated 19.5.2015 Pradhikar has been constituted under the Bihar Niyojeet Shikshan Sansthan Pradhikar Niyamawali, 2011, the Pradhikar is authorized to examine all disputes in relation to the institution receiving aid under Bihar Veet Raheet Shiksha Niti. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of

Patna High Court CWJC No.20263 of 2014(2) dt.01-10-2018 2/2 with liberty tot he petitioner to approach the Pradhikar . In case, the petitioner files petition before the Pradhikar within one month from today alongwith a copy of this order, the Pradhikar will examine the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law after condoning the delay if any in filing the petition.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
