1. The petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondent/authority for payment of Rs. 7,69,836/- against the Agreement No. f2-5, year 2018-19 dated 27.02.2019, which is admitted dues towards the work already completed by the petitioner under "Har Ghar Nal Ka Jal" Mukhya Mantri Sewa Nischay Yojna in Kamrauli Gramin Pipe Water Supply Project in the District of Sheohar.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent/State referring to paragraph 17 of the counter affidavit submits that after

Patna High Court CWJC No.11218 of 2025(4) dt.15-12-2025 2/2 approval of deviation and variation of Kamrauli Pipe Water Supply Scheme and after approval of the same by the Competent Authority, the admitted dues of the petitioner shall be paid within a period of 6 weeks.

3. Considering the specific statement made in the counter affidavit, the writ application is disposed with a direction to the respondents to pay the admitted dues of the petitioner within a period of 8 weeks from today.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application is disposed.
