2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that the petitioner along with other co-accused persons have committed murder of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is a lady and gotani of the deceased has no role in this occurrence. She is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the affairs of the couple. Thrust of accusation is against the husband who is in custody.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Nardiganj P.S.
