2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief/s:- "(i) To issue an appropriate

Patna High Court CWJC No.11052 of 2022(8) dt.20-08-2024 2/3 writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the nalisi of mandamus for better management of Gurudwara Chacha Fagumal Sahibjee at Sasaram which is illegally in the hands of some selection office bearer who mismanagement the fund and also direction to remove no member of Prabhandak Committee became no any development work done by the committee and the financial mismanagement is going on."

Though, Mr. Sahi pointed out the irregularities that is/are being done by the respondents which has resulted into a mess so far as the such prestigious 'Gurudwara' is concerned, he accepts that in view of the judgments that have come and presented by learned Senior counsel, Mr. Devendra Kumar Sinha of the Sikh Collective through its convener Jagmohan Singh vs The State of Bihar and Ors. decided by a Division Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 800 of 2024 which has been stamped by the Hon'ble Apex Court in SLA (C) No. 12405 of 2024 (Sikh Collective vs The State of Bihar & Ors.), the options are limited.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition to take recourse to alternate remedy available under the law.

5. Appreciating the stand taken by the petitioner in the presence of learned Senior counsel, the State and the Bihar State Religious Trust Board, the writ petition stands disposed of granting said liberty.
