JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-10-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Kako (Bhelawar) P.S. Case No. 63 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is of firing on the son of informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that though there is allegation of firing, however, from the F.I.R, itself, it is evident that nobody has received any injury and they have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute between the parties.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate -1st Class, Jehanabad, in connection with Kako (Bhelawar) P.S. Case No. 63 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
