The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 112/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is contended by learned Advocate that no specific role has been attributed against the petitioner. Petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased and he has been falsely implicated in this case because the petitioner's father was killed in which the informant is an accused and has spent some time inside jail. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also brought on record some orders passed by this Hon'ble Court by which similarly situated accused persons have been granted

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 112/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
