2. This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents for payment of arrears of salary of the petitioner from August/September 2019 to August 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is discharging his duty with full dedication and devotion but no salary has been paid till date. In this regard he has filed a detailed representation on 06.05.2023 before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9854 of 2023(2) dt.04-12-2024 2/2 Respondent No. 2 but till date no action has been taken.

4. In view of the prayer made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before Respondent No. 2 within four weeks from today with supportive documents.

5. If such, representation is filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time period, the Respondent No. 2 shall disposed of the same, after hearing the parties in accordance with law. Upon examination of the claim of petitioner, admissible amount, if any, shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of order.

6. Writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
