The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 135 of 2010 registered under Sections 323, 341, 379, 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that final form has been submitted. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to previous enmity.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49500 of 2017 (4) dt.27-11-2017 2/2 to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dehri-OnSone in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 135 2010, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
