======================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 15-03-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 12.03.2015 passed by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Katihar by which it has directed the Petitioner to pay ad-interim maintenance of Rs. 2,000/- in Maintenance Case No. 322 of 2012.
Considering that the impugned order is merely one of ad-interim maintenance, I see no reason for interference and, hence, the application stands dismissed.
