2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jandaha P.S.Case No.56 of 2017 registered for an offence under Sections 302 and 326/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It has been submitted that the informant of this case is not an eye witness to the occurrence. It is alleged that altogether four FIR named accused persons intercepted the husband of the informant who was coming on a motorcycle with two other persons. The allegation of causing the fire arm is not specific against any of the accused. One of the accused Dhanmanti Devi has been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.31648 of 2017. This petitioner is the wife of co-

4. In the facts and circumstances, prayer is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S.Case No.56 of 2017.
