19-09-2017 Petitioner no. 4 (Vijay Choudhary) is in custody since 06-06-2017, whereas other three petitioners are in custody since 28-06-2017 in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 63 of 2017 (G.R. No. 1356 of 2017) registered for offence under Section 37(a)(e) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, have prayed for grant of bail.
In paragraph - 3 of the petition, it has been indicated that petitioners are having clean antecedent.
