It has been alleged by the informant/injured that in the midst of way from his Darwaza to house, Jugal Yadav, Harinandan Yadav, Shailendra Yadav, Ram Lochan Yadav, Rajesh Yadav and Vikash Yadav armed variously intercepted him and then on an order of Harinandan, Rajesh fired which did not strike, meanwhile, Jugal gave Bhala blow over his head causing severe injury. As per injury report, doctor had found lacerated wound 1⁄2" x 1/3" x 1⁄4" , 3⁄4" x 1/3" x 1⁄4" on the forehead caused by hard and blunt substance. At the relevant moment, opinion was reserved which was subsequently, found to be simple in nature.

That being so, petitioner Jugal Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Alauli PS Case No. 413/2017. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) perwez U T
