The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(i) (x) of the S.C./S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Prosecution case is that in the background of land dispute the accused persons made assault to the informant and abused by calling caste name.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 31.05.2015 the First Information Report was registered on 06.06.2015, but the same reached to the court of learned Magistrate on 08.06.2015 which suggests that First Information Report was registered by ante

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42937 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 dating.

Considering the delayed lodging of the First Information Report, accusation being levelled in the background of land dispute, statement being made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada SC/ST P.S.
