In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No. 3 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner to have caused fire arms injury at the back side of the victim. The petitioner submits that the evidence has been produced at the hospital that too by his brother itself depicts the wrong implication of the petitioner.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected.
