The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 112 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In this case, case diary was called for.

The petitioner is a lady.

Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State submits that there are materials available on record to indicate that there is involvement of the petitioner. The petitioner is the wife of the victim. He further submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that she was instrumental in eliminating the deceased on account of illicit relation of this petitioner with others.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and

No.46998 of 2018(5) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 she has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 112 of 2018. However, the trial court is directed to take steps for expeditious disposal of the case and conclude the same within a period of one year from today. In the event, the petitioner creates hindrance in early disposal of the case/trial, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
