Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case was taken up on 30-6-2026 and the case was withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to surrender and seek regular bail, but inadvertently in the order dated 30-6-2026, it is recorded- "Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application, as petitioner was arrested during pendency of the instant anticipatory bail application."

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 30-6-2026 is modified to read as "Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with liberty to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41613 of 2026(3) dt.02-07-2026 2/2 petitioner to surrender and seek regular bail. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn."

4. The order dated 30-6-2026 is modified to the extent indicated above.
