Learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 submitted that respondent-company was wind up on 04.10.2012 and Official Liquidator was appointed. Official Liquidator, Aprajit Barua communicated that the petitioner is entitled for the claim. In the light of the communication dated 01.12.2021 of the Official Liquidator, High Court, Patna, the present petition stands disposed off.

It is made clear that petitioner is entitled to interest @ 12% per annum on all retiral benefits including arrears of pay, if any, in the light of the Hon'ble Apex Court decision in the case of Vijay L.
