2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 17/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323/325/341/302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the brother of the deceased. He is said to have assaulted the deceased because of which the deceased died. Chargesheet has been submitted under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in jail since 25.01.2024 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45885 of 2024(2) dt.03-07-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur concerned court in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 17/2024.
