28-04-2016 Learned counsel for petitioners, in presence of Sri Nirmal Kumar Sinha, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, submits that the present petition was filed against the order of rejection of discharge petition, however; during the pendency of this petition, after framing of charge, evidence has already commenced and as such, the petition has become infructuous.

The petition stands dismissed as same has become infructuous.
