2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 448/354B/307/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of the occurrence, while the informant was not at his house, petitioner no.1 entered into his house and started making obscene comments and tried to outrage modesty of his daughter and on protest, petitioner fled away. When the informant reached his house and contacted the petitioners, they abused and assaulted the informant and his family members as a result of

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that both parties are neighbours. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against the petitioners. Case and counter case. Doctor has found simple injuries.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas at Sasaram in Dawath Police Station Case No. 20 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
