This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Daniyawan P.S. Case No.91 of 2022 (Sessions Trial No.428 of 2023) registered for the offence punishable under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have killed the brother-in-law of the informant.

Pursuant to earlier order of this Court, the trial court has sent the report regarding the stage of trial. From perusal of the report, it appears that in the trial the evidence has been closed.

Since the trial is on the verge of completion, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The informant is directed to cooperate in the conclusion of the trial.
